"The 21’ Pinot Gris was just a wine that I love how it turned out last year. Picked for acidity and made like a red wine and this is the end product. Perfect for summer! Also some of that fantastic organic fruit from the Bassi vineyard! The goal for picking in general has been if it’s right around a pH of 3.2 and at least almost hitting 12 % alcohol I am trying to get that fruit off the vine." - The Croz Dawg
