Aging At least 10 months of refermentation in the bottle without disgorgement Description Ramba is a brut sparkling wine from Romagna's native Famoso grape. Intense straw yellow with smooth perlage and aromatic characteristics of green apple, sage and elderberry --- Near Ravenna, not far from the Adriatic Sea, the Randi family has been producing indigenous grapes for over 70 years. It is this respect and love for all things local that has fed their growth to 40 hectares of vines that include grapes such as Lunganesi, Malbo gentile, Dora and Famoso.
