His passion for winemaking led him to work abroad for producers such as Chene Bleu in the Vaucluse region of Provence and Weingut Emmerich Knoll in Austria. Locally, Carter has worked with with Margerum, Solminer, and most recently with Sashi Moorman and the Provignage team, helping craft wines for Pence, Piedrasassi, William Hines, Sandhi, and Domaine de la Cote. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBeyond wine, Carter has a profound love and appreciation for food. He graduated from the Culinary Arts program at SBCC, and cooked in France at Château de Berne.\u003cbr\u003eShortly after he met the love of his life, Sami Weiss and fell madly in love. They both share these same passions and continued traveling \u0026amp; working together.
