This wine has a good amount of texture and weight as a result of seeing 3 weeks of skin contact. Marc practices biodynamic, organic farming and makes his wines with minimal sulfur. These wines are considered vegan, natural, orange.

Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and put into large old french wood. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The grapes sit on the skins for 2 weeks before pressing. Unfined & Unfiltered.
