The assembly of two historical pages of Gaillac, Loin de l'œil and Mauzac, to find the balance between rondeur and sapidity, on the arômes of poire and fleurs blanches. A wine to accompany the aperitif, the fruits of the sea and the fruits.
_UN TERROIR D'EXCEPTION_
_Our vehicles are located on the coteaux of the right of Tarn, where the argilo-calcaires and the diversity of exposures appeal to the wine. Of two and pluvieux prints under the oceanic influence, Mediterranean, established arière seasons: the multi-millenary vignoble of Gaillac, one of the most ancient France, benefit of ideal climate conditions for the culture of the vigne. We are in the middle of this terrace just in the name of the domain: our vignes live on the Téoulet, which means " Petite Tuile" in occitan._
If the lands in what our vignes prennent racine appartiennent to the family of Clémence from numerous generations, the Domaine de la Petite Tuile is a new one where it can officially see the day in mars 2016. After having been parcouru of other professional chemins, we have the choice of perpetuing the family tradition of the culture of the vigne all in the need to value the fruit of our terroir and our work.
Braucol, Duras, Loin de l'œil, Mauzac... The vignoble of Gaillac has the chance to be the berceau of unique cépages, or very little reproduced, in the other French vignobles. We were to work out our veins from these historical pages, at the end of a local fortress, loining all standardization.
The desire to continue to fair live the family vignes s'accompagne chaque jour the voluntary to respect and to the maximum of our environment and the biodiversity of our territory. We have now included a conversion to the biological agricultural from our first year of activity, in 2016. The domain is certified "Agriculture Biologique" from September 1, 2019.
