Lajibe has started buying fruit from him in 2021 for his upcoming négoce, because the farming is impeccable and biodynamic. When we tried his different cuvées, we were convinced Sebastien is an emerging talent. He has a very modern and free approach of winemaking,  onetheless true to its place. His wines show generous fruit and bright acidity.
