"The 2021 Pinot Noir / Nebbiolo was inspired by a wine I had from Steve Matthiason a few years back made in the same style. Originally I hadn’t planned on making the blend but I had brought in that Pinot from Bassi and was able to lock down the green pick of Nebbiolo from the Bella Vista (Piazza). The Nebbiolo was so green that I wasn’t worried about tannin so I blended them together during the first racking and have loved the way this fun crusher has come together! " - Crosby
