In search of alternatives, I came across biodynamic farming. The sustainability of land management via natural fertility [compost], the health of the crops, the vitality of the animals, the taste of the products themselves and the conviction of the farmers convinced me to implement Biodynamics not only in the vineyard, but in the winery too.
