Monteforte d'Alpone is the town that opens its doors to the Val D'Alpone and is recognizable thanks to its imposing bell tower that towers over the historic center. Considered the municipality with the highest wine density in Italy, from here there are numerous paths in the vineyard hills of Soave.Andrea, vigner and owner of the estate, leads, under organic farming, the 6 hectares of vineyards, about 300 meters above sea level.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter a lot of work in the vineyard and along the rows, the vinifications are carried out in a completely natural way: after manual harvesting the pressings are light; the spontaneous fermentations, without fermentation foot or use of other external substances; most of the refinements take place through the use of cement barrels, and with almost no use of sulfur and with no filtration before bottling. Even in the vineyard the processes are carried out manually, without pesticides or aggressive disbediments.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vines cultivated and vinified are the natives of the tradition and the territory: the Garganega, the Durella and the Corvina. The 2018 harvest is the first vintage to go into a bottle and officially go on the market in 2020: sparkling wines refermented in the bottle, classic method sparkling wine, white, orange and red. The refermentation of sparkling wines and sparkling wines is done with the addition of withered Garganega grape must.
