Unbelievably Rare Stuff from Vincent Marie of No Control!
A Gamay wine from grapes dried on straw mats. From centuries-old vines grown organically and planted on basaltic soils. Three months of passerillage (drying the grapes into raisins), blend of the 2017 and 2018 vintage, then 8 months of aging in barrels. Unfiltered, zero sulfur !!! Only 200 bottles produced.
