### **Terroir and yields**
Stony clay-limestone scree. Northwest, west exposures. Altitude 380 m, generous yield of 55hl / ha!
### **Grape varieties**
Syrah, Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault.
### **Harvest and vinification**
Harvest by hand between September 16 and October 10. The season was marked by a very dry summer (28 mm between May and July). Saved by two beautiful rains (90 mm in total) at the end of August at the beginning of September. Our altitude and our north / north-west exposure allow us to keep a nice freshness. This wine was produced by direct pressing, de-stemmed. Cold settling and natural fermentation between 18 and 23 ° C. Gravity work in the cellar as much as possible.
### **Breeding & Production**
Stainless steel and concrete tanks. Production of 208 hl, or just under 30,000.
Brilliant, opaline color with a light hue. Energetic nose that says a lot about the rest of the tasting. Juicy on the palate with a nice frame of freshness and aromas of white-fleshed fruits.
