Join us for a 5+ course meal by Chef Will Moon featuring the autumnal wine release of Âmevive Wines.
This dinner will be a radically delightful, locally sourced menu of diverse local ingredients. Please note the dinner is explicitly not *not vegetarian*.
Each plated course to be paired with the latest releases from Alice Anderson @ Âmevive Winery. A final menu will be released nearer to the event.

Our host Chef, Will Moon:
Will has been a subtle but pervasive force in the Santa Barbara Culinary scene for a few wonderful years - graduating early from UCSB and forgoing a clear path in academics, he discovered a career in food while at Revolver Pizza. Will took to the kitchen with a ferocity and has since spent the past two years cutting his teeth at Momofuku's Majordōmo Restaurant in LA's China Town - A culinary staple for exploratory and honest-to-goodness epic cuisine. He's young, hungry, and incredibly gifted - becoming Sous Chef of Dōmo about a year ago.
If you recall, Will was tapped to open the ill-fated Linden Hall in Carp which faded into permitting obscurity... so you can think of this as a delayed preview of that concept - an gift from the past we wish we could have had!
Will has hosted a variety of awesome small meals with Satellite over the years and we're thrilled to be launching into a new mode with Will at the Factory.
Alice Anderson, Âmevive Wines:
It's an easy argument to place Alice Anderson amongst the top few winemakers in the country. I do it all the time.
Alice's soul is in the vineyard - where she breeds sheep, raises ducks, and tends to her diverse garden of fauna and flora that includes all kinds of mutually beneficial species. Alice's wines are a flawless reflection of her care in the vineyard and represent some of the purest expressions of place and varietal available in our region. There's simply no one doing it better than Alice and we think that's pretty neat :)
Chef Will plans to source a seasonal bounty of treats from Alice's garden to accompany the meal. They're gonna tell you allllll about them.
