Emily is making some seriously serious wine here.
This budding winemaker is doing something really special: making serious and yet crushable syrah. To drink this wine is to experience syrah at its perfect stage - a marriage between inky yet fresh blue fruits, a mean line of minerality - slate or graphite-like on the palate - and a lovely refreshing crisp acidity that keeps the wine engaging and wonderful to sit with and revisit.
This is an insane value for this quality of syrah and we're just pleased to cary one of the few cases that made it out of the winery!

Who We Are
If you asked me as a kid what I would like to be when I grew up, winemaker would not have been on my list, most likely because I was a child and didn’t drink alcohol.
I was born in Los Angeles, raised in Orange County and went to school in Santa Barbara for English and music. Wine was a happy accident.
My goal is to make wines that are exciting to drink and fun to share. I work with vineyards that see the importance in farming naturally and I make wines naturally.
Where does the name come from? Eislynn is my middle name, chosen by my mother based on the main character in the raunchy romance novel she was reading while pregnant with me. Despite the names’ elegant appearance, the origin is pure smut.
