Satellite’s bespoke wine consultation is curated for enthusiastic collectors and truly individual wedding wine experiences. We offer a range of services including personal cellar management, pairing consultation, full wine-catered events, pouring, and sparkling wine sabering services. Wedding clients enjoy a wine-filled, food paired consultation to taste and select a personalized portfolio of wines to serve standalone or paired with your catered event menu. As part of the service, clients benefit from preferential pricing on the bulk purchase of their wine.

Satellite’s personalized sommelier service guides clientele towards expressive, ethically grown wines, offered at exceptional prices. With a deep knowledge of hard to find grower champagnes, rare varietals, and the finest appellations, we offer many wines that are allocated and not readily available in the Central Coast Region. We also provide clients with a keen knowledge of local wineries. Any wines you taste with us will come with information about the grower, region, and first-hand knowledge of the producers. Our wholesale purchasing ability allows us to give you deep discounts on any wines available for your event.
