For hundreds of years piquette has been the drink of farm workers. Made by adding water to the leftover grape skins from winemaking and allowing it to referment. The result is a light, tart, and refreshing beverage. Ollie's Piquette is made in this traditional method, then dosed with sugar to create light effervescence.
