Satellite's Hot Take
This wonderful wine was made for the wedding of the winemaker to his sweet baboo- Sami. We drank it on the dance floor - and I can confirm that this wine is BUILT FOR THE PARTY. Bright, stupendous, a little dissolved co2, acid for days, and so much life. It's both classic and brimming with energy. YOU GONNA LOVE IT. -D

Notes on the Producer
Carter Hallman completed his BS in Wine & Viticulture from Cal Poly SLO and began his own wine brand in 2010, and has been making wine ever since. His passion for winemaking led him to work abroad for producers such as Chene Bleu in the Vaucluse region of Provence and Weingut Emmerich Knoll in Austria. Locally, Carter has worked with with Margerum, Solminer, and most recently with Sashi Moorman and the Provignage team, helping craft wines for Pence, Piedrasassi, William Hines, Sandhi, and Domaine de la Cote.

Shortly after he met the love of his life, Sami Weiss and fell madly in love. They both share these same passions and continued traveling & working together. Back to France at Biodynamic Wineries & Farms, as well as to NY to work at Blue Hill and Stone Barns.
Now living back in SB, Carter has shifted his focus towards another beverage with a similar process to winemaking, Coffee, as Part Owner & Operations at Dart Coffee co.
