Notes on the Producer
Luc Devot has lived many lives but now finds himself farming a single plot of 2 ha in Estagel, located in the hills of the Pyrenees. Luc’s winery is just inland from Perpignan in the rough and rustic Roussillon. Schist soil yields grenache gris, grenache noir, and mourvedre. His wines are aged in steel and barrel and the reds are semi-carbonic.
