Terroir: The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils, which provide a balance of water retention and drainage, contributing to the wine’s freshness and structure. The Mediterranean climate promotes optimal ripening conditions for the grapes while maintaining acidity and aromatic complexity. The estate is organic certified. Alcohol: 0% Winemaking:The juice is fermented naturally using a homemade starter culture (a natural blend of yeast and bacteria). This fermentation does not produce alcohol, but develops the aromas. The juice is filtered to make it clear and clean. Natural/Vegan: No sulfites, fining agents, or other additives are used, produced without animal-derived products, making it suitable for vegans. Notes:This non-alcoholic wine has a ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of cherry, red fruits, and blackcurrant, enriched with a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it offers a well-structured tannic profile and excellent balance, creating a harmonious tasting experience.
