Notes from the Winery/Importer
SFERA Bianco
From the Alps to the Mediterranean, SFERA collaborates with small certified-organic farmers to bottle limited-run liters of wine.
This production of Bianco is made in collaboration with I Clivi, located in Friuli Venezia Giulia, within the Colli Orientali appellation. The vineyards lie near the Slovenian border, just 30 km from the Adriatic Sea. These historic vineyards, some up to 70 years old, thrive on soils rich in limestone and mountain sediments.
The Ribolla Gialla grape, native to this region, expresses ocean breeze freshness and pronounced minerality, balanced by a gentle, creamy texture from lees aging.
