Third Window - 'Witbier' - Santa Barbara County, CA - 473ml

Santa Barbara County witbier is brewed with winter barley grown and harvested at the Fess Parker Ranch in Los Olivos and with local orange peel and a touch of coriander. A cereal mash and unmalted wheat create a soft mouthfeel with a refreshing citrus finish that won a Bronze medal at the 2022 Great American Beer Festival.

Third Window Brewing Co. is housed within a restored old barn / feed mill originally built in 1904 by the Boykin family. We are humbled to carry on the 112 year legacy of our home as we mill grain and work to create the greatest beer in the world. The Kitchen at Third Window offers a sourdough, wood fire oven, and fresh ingredient based menu to compliment the Belgian style brew made on site.
