This rosé is crafted using the saignée method, where the juice is bled off the fermentations of these two noble grapes. Embracing natural winemaking techniques, the wine undergoes native yeast fermentation and is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur dioxide.

The domaine is about 12 Ha of grappes lost in the garrigue. We are using Biodynamie and we let our animals free in the area. Our wines are naturally made, no chemicals but a lot of love.
