Les Parcelles is a great point introduction to the wines of Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles. The fruit comes from a selection various plots on the estate’s 7 hectares of organically farmed vineyards. It is the perfect wine to accompany oysters and fruits de mer.

Notes on the Producer

The appellation “Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu” which was created in 1994, encompasses 19 villages and approximately 300 hectares of vines. One of these villages is St Leger les Vignes, where Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles tends approximately 7 hectares of vines planted to Melon de Bourgogne, the varietal of Muscadet. Presently at the helm is Jean Pierre Guédon who, with a select team of like-minded individuals, seeks to promote the quality, character and tradition of these unique wines. In addition to controlling the overall yield of fruit (via short cane pruning, thinning, de-budding) Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles practices organic farming in order to encourage health and biodiversity in the vineyard. To this end, the entire range of Muscadet produced at Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles is certified organic by ECOCERT.
