Ansel is a project by Graham Markel of Buona Notte Wines. The Ansel project aims at capturing the essence of the best of the Pacific Northwest in a way that highlights the best of a particular appellation or grape. The first installment is this elegant Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, which Graham sources in barrel from wineries whose fruit is farmed organically. He then blends these selections to arrive at Ansel.
