The third vintage of Ash's most excellent Santa Rita Hills Chard! All stainless steel barrel aged on the gross lees - this baby is vibin'

Grown on sandy clay loam at the organically farmed Donnachadh vineyard in SRH, this wine is the essence of elegant chardonnay.
Lightly foot stomped after harvest to integrate some more phnolics from the skins then softly pressed to ferment and age in stainless barrels. No SO2 added at any point, no filtration or fining either!
The texture is silken, the acidity is screaming yet integrated, the fruit is pumping, the vibes are high. Carries that lovely chard-in-stainless banana essence (matching Ash's branding!) and still unveiling all these sexy smoky tones.
