A deeply elegant and "proper" pinot blanc - Like all of Birgit's wines - this thing really rips! It's a, frankly, exceptional wine on any scale. Deeply intense, almost crystaline on the palate, somehow both exhaustively pinot blanc yet thrillingly dynamic and light on its feet.
