Chef's Kiss - 'Wilson Vineyard' - Chenin Blanc - Clarksburg, CA - 2020

Chef's Kiss is organic Chenin blanc from the Wilson Vineyard in Clarksburg, CA. The grapes were foot stomped and macerated on their skins for 3 days. The wine aged in a neutral oak red wine barrel to extract pigment for color and bottled unfiltered for further aging. The wine was moved with gravity rather than a pump and aged for a year in bottle.
The wine has a little something for everyone, it's approachable for the inexperienced drinker but filled with curiosities for the more advanced palette. Chef's Kiss is clean with a round creamy finish, the battery acid rollerblade wine you always knew you wanted but didn't know how to get until now. Wear your Hawaiian shirt while you sip this true romance."
