Chef's Kiss is organic Chenin blanc from the Wilson Vineyard in Clarksburg, CA. The grapes were foot stomped and macerated on their skins for 3 days. The wine aged in a neutral oak red wine barrel to extract pigment for color and bottled unfiltered for further aging. The wine was moved with gravity rather than a pump and aged for a year in bottle.
The wine has a little something for everyone, it's approachable for the inexperienced drinker but filled with curiosities for the more advanced palette. Chef's Kiss is clean with a round creamy finish, the battery acid rollerblade wine you always knew you wanted but didn't know how to get until now.
