2021 Sangiovese Oak Savannah Vineyard (Los Olivos) 1/3 whole cluster carbonic maceration. 2/3 destemmed pumped over once a day for 8 days. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 11 months. --- We make clean, easy drinking, low alcohol wines to be enjoyed at any time of the day and in any situation. Whether you are hanging out on the beach soaking up the sun or just having a nice picnic lunch, we got you.
