Sean Hogan is on the loose! We’re so stoked to release his 3 new wines (all very limited) under his brand spanking new project: Disko.
This can is made from the pressed Vermentino skins. Sean rehydrates the lightly pressed skins and allows for a second fermentation of ~7 days resulting in a sort-of skin contact piquette CRUSHER!!
finally he lets it settle, takes the juice to Wylde Works where Dylan Wylde cans and carbonates it. It’s freaky good.
