Think of this as a pure expression of whole grenache noir, not just the tasty sweet juice - but the skins too! Whole clusters dropped into a recently (lightly) pressed press cycle with grenache from the same vineyard recently pressed. Very slow pressing over hours to extract the wholeness of color at a higher ratio.
No fining, no filtering, no yeast additions, no SO2 Added. Just Sean and Drew disgorging on July 3rd!

All of our wines are fermented with native yeast, minimal sulfur additions, and aged in neutral French oak barrels.
