Request a Case OrderVineyard of 10 acres located in "La Ronze" and composed of 2 plots. Vines are 50-60 years old. HIigh density of plantation: 10,000 vines per ha. Very poor soil made of sand and granite. Plot located in Regnié at the border of Morgon "Les Charmes". 300 meters high with a south east exposure.
Organic. Plowing the soil with horses and only natural spraying (sulfur and cooper). Very short pruning according to the position of the moon. Manual harvest. Use of native yeasts for fermentation. 75% destemming, long maceration up to 20 days in concrete vats. Estate bottled after 8-9 months aging on lees in concrete vats.
Deep red robe with purple hues. Intense aromas of flower and ripe fruit (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries). Beautifully balanced and seductive palate of silky, juicy yet freshly picked red and black fruit.
