Request a Case OrderPale gold with green reflections, this Picpoul has an intense nose that releases rich and complex aromas of pomelo, lemon, and ripe pineapple. The palate is both ample and lively with a subtle balance and a freshness, delicately iodized with a peppery finish, that enhances the fruity flavors.
This Picpoul pairs well with seafood, Mediterranean specialties, or simply as an aperitif.
Olivier and Floriane Azan, originally from a family of apple growers, made the move into wine making in 1981 with the purchase of the Château Petit Roubié. By 1995 Olivier had converted the entire estate production to organic viticulture, making Petit Roubié the first producer of organic Picpoul de Pinet. Olivier's winemaking is meticulous yet uncomplicated, aiming to deliver authentic wines with honest, clean, pure flavors.
