Request a Case Order2021 Grenache from Demetria, Los Olivos District, Practicing biodynamic, 45 cases produced. The grapes were destemmed and then left in contact with the skins for 2 days before pressing. Native fermentation, unfined, unfiltered, 20 ppm of sulfur added after malolactic fermentation and 20 ppm added before bottling. Meant to be an easy drinking, light red with lots of red fruit notes and subtle white pepper spicy hue on the finish.
