Assistant to Dani Rozman of La Onda - she makes wine in a style that pulls from Dani's endless yet elegant structural, age friendly style - but with a twist all her own - and all to our benefit. This wine absolutely snaps, crackles, and pops - in a low, lovingly intense undulation of *tastulescense*. We only got 12 bottles! Drink it! Love it!
