Basically colombard grapes shouldn't taste this good - dense, mineral, expressive. It just doesn't happen.
Long and complex, dry, and perfect for all kinds of food. Just let the energy flow!
Mathias Guerrero Abras *is a winemaker musician who settled in 2019. He created his domain L'Èrba d'Agram at the exit of *Puilacher *in a setting of greenery and biodiversity. He grows *organic *his islet of 6 hectares of vine surrounded by trees and shrubs and bordered by a stream: the Rouviège. Mathias embarked on the wine adventure by recovering a *corner of greenery *(rich in plant and animal biodiversity) in a lease of *6 hectares of *isolated and abandoned *young *and *old vines where the dog's tooth reigns supreme. The name of his domain *"Èrba d'Agram" *which means *"chiendt" in Occitan *is inspired by a piece of music Barrut - Agram's Aerba. For Mathias, it is a close link to traditions, his heritage, music and Sète & Brassens.
