Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay Terroir: The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils, which provide a balance of water retention and drainage, contributing to the wine’s freshness and structure. The Mediterranean climate promotes optimal ripening conditions for the grapes while maintaining acidity and aromatic complexity. The estate is organic certified. Alcohol: 0% Winemaking:The juice is fermented naturally using a homemade starter culture (a natural blend of yeast and bacteria). This fermentation does not produce alcohol, but develops the aromas. The juice is filtered to make it clear and clean. To achieve the sparkling effect, the bottles go through a special tank where natural carbonation is added. Natural/Vegan: No sulfites, fining agents, or other additives are used, produced without animal-derived products, making it suitable for vegans. Notes:This non-alcoholic wine has a pale yellow color with green highlights, accompanied by a fine mousse. The nose offers aromas of white flowers such as acacia and hawthorn, as well as notes of hazelnut, toast, and exotic fruits such as mango. On the palate, it is refreshing, with a creamy and pleasant mousse.
