Request a Case OrderPét Moon Pink' is a sparkling rosé made using the age-old Pétillant Naturel (pét nat) method. This wine captures the heart and soul of natural winemaking, embracing simplicity and authenticity, with nothing added or taken away throughout the fermentation process. Just one ingredient: Pinot Noir grapes. After the wild fermentation begins, but before it is completely finished, the wine is bottled, allowing the fermentation to continue and bubbles to naturally develop. Harvested grapes are brought in from our vineyard, gently crushed, and left to soak for only a few hours to impart that beautiful pink hue before pressing them off the skins. Fermentation happens in neutral French oak barrels. This wine sparkles without pretension, offering a rustic charm that delights the palate. Best enjoyed straight outta the fridge!
