Sparkling Rosé from the Fabio Signorelli Winery refermented in the bottle, unfiltered and without disgorging, obtained from the grapes of the vineyards in the Bardazzi and Pianodario districts. Aging in the bottle for 8 months. . . This is dangerously delicious. Luscious and refreshing all at the same time.

Fabio spent almost a decade in Montalcino making high octane, highly scored 'parker wine' in Montalcino.
"This life was not for me. I didn't enjoy the wines I was making. Being from Sicily, I've always wanted to produce wines from Etna. So I save my money, year after year and bought a vineyard." Fabio didn't just buy any vineyard, he landed an ungrafted vineyard of Nerello Mascalese planted in 1896 at 1,804 ft on the north side of Mount Etna called Contrada Bardazzi.
