All destemmed fruit macerated for 3 weeks and aged on lees in neutral hog and French oak for 11 months. 12.9% ABV, 3.32 pH, 7.1g/L TA, 42 TSO2.
This wine is fruity, fragrant, and festive for any occasion. Aromatics of black mango tea, cherry jolly rancher, and rose petals lead to an incredibly integrated palate. The balance between notes of violets, and cherry highlight its gorgeous bright acidity and smooth yet chalky tannin finish. You can serve this wine at red serving temperature or try it with a slight chill.
