Request a Case OrderChardonnay/ Viognier blend. Fruit was de stemed, fermented with native yeast in 500L oak barrels. Aged in the skins for 10 months. Vintage 2022 I drained the barrel removed the barrel head to empty and press wine. Wine was bottled in February 2023
