100% Sangiovese offering rich, ripe aromas of cherries and violets. The palate mirrors the nose with layered fruit, warm spice, and a supple, medium-bodied texture framed by smooth, rounded tannins. Vibrant and balanced, it’s delicious now but will evolve gracefully for five years or more. Outstanding with poultry, game, or mushroom-based dishes. A gorgeous, silky, and classically structured Rosso — crafted from vineyards neighboring the late, great Gianfranco Soldera.

Notes on the Producer

The Azienda Agricola Quercecchio is a historic winery producing Brunello di Montalcino. For five generations, the love for the land and passion for wine have guided the company in the production of high-quality wines. The farm extends around 150 hectares, 18 of which are cultivated with vineyards for the production of Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino and IGT-appellation wines of the area.
