Anarchy thrives in motion, proving that when rules are broken with intent, something truly original emerges. A small-batch sparkling rosé from Ojai’s Alisal Vineyard made in the Champenois style at ultra-cool fermentation temperatures. Crafted by Side Street Wines, Anarchy Rosé blends Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Barbera into a dry, mineral-driven sparkling wine with wild strawberry, citrus zest, and brioche notes. Low-intervention, native fermentation, no fining or filtration. Sourced from Alisal Vineyard in Upper Ojai, the 2024 blend unites 60% Grenache Blanc, 37% Viognier, and 3% Barbera. The fruit was basket pressed and fermented with native yeasts, then aged on the lees in stainless steel to build texture and depth. No fining or filtration. No sulfur during élevage; a minimal addition at bottling.
