Notes from the Winery/Importer
A light, lively Loire Valley pét-nat made from Chenin Blanc and Grolleau Gris grown on organic tuffeau limestone soils in Saumur. Crafted via méthode ancestrale with no added sulfites, it's bottled mid-fermentation to develop fine, persistent bubbles naturally. In the glass, expect pale straw with a gentle mousse, aromas of ripe pear, fresh almond, and citrus zest, and a palate that balances bright orchard fruit with chalky minerality and zippy acidity — finishing clean with a slightly creamy texture. At just 10.5% ABV, it's an easy-drinking sparkler in the vein of Loire Crémant or Vouvray pétillant. Serve well chilled (43–47°F) and pair with oysters, goat cheese, gougères, smoked salmon, or fresh ceviche.
