The Club Special 2015 is a complex and accomplished Champagne, full of freshness. To be discovered by your friends during a beautiful evening.

Our vineyard is located on the sunny slopes of the municipality of Férebrianges, 20 minutes from Epernay.
We grow the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Pinot Meunier gives supple and fruity wines that bring roundness to the blend.
Chardonnay brings delicate aromas, floral, citrus, sometimes mineral notes.
Pinot Noir brings notes of red fruit and a marked structure.
It is the blends of these three Champagne grape varieties, which give the unique specificity of Champagne Wines.
Champagne AOC
Wine Champagne is defined by a Controlled Designation Area (AOC) delimited since 1927. It currently covers 34,000 hectares.
A clay-limestone terroir
The Champagne terroir is characterized by its particular geographical location and climate, which favor the typicity of its grapes and the qualities of freshness and finesse sought for champagnes.
Champagne undergoes the dual climatic, oceanic and continental influence, this induces sometimes heavy frosts in winter, and limited sunshine but fairly hot summers.
Another determining characteristic of Champagne is its predominantly limestone subsoil. Chalk promotes soil drainage and provides a water reservoir in the basement, which is ideal for the plant and promotes grape maturation.
This combination of factors unique in the world gives Champagne Wine its characteristics of exceptional finesse that have made its reputation.
