2023 Wavy x Bardos 'Collaboration' Notes: 'Collaboration' is and will always be an ever changing grape and apple wine! Every year is a different grape varietal(2021 - Syrah, 2022 - Frontenac Noir) and in 2023 we worked with Vermentino from a gorgeous Demeter certified Biodynamic vineyard in Lodi. Apples and cider always coming from our incredible friend and confidante Bardos Cider to which we own an incredible debt of gratitude for stewarding ancient feral orchards around the greater Sonoma area. 'Collaboration' is naturally sparkling using the sugars from the fresh pressed Vermentino combined with fermenting cider to bring you an incredibly crisp and tropical leaning sparkling beverage. ~ ~ ~ ~ Grapes & Apples: Vermentino, and Gravenstein Apples Vineyard(s) & Orchards: The Bench Vineyard - Lodi AVA and feral orchards in Sebastapol, CA Alcohol: 9.07%
